April Fools Day may have been last week, but this prank still has everyone laughing.

A class of students at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, got their teacher good when they pulled a prank on him April 1.

When the economics professor created a rule that students must answer any calls they receive during class on speakerphone, they decided to use that against him when the ultimate prank day rolled around.

The students had a friend call during class, to which the professor instructed, “Answer it!” as expected. Little did he know … the person on the other end would say something that he was not expecting to hear.

“Hi, this is Kevin from the Pregnancy Resource Center … I’m calling to inform you that your test results came back positive.” After the awkward phone call, the teacher immediately said, “Hey, I wanted to publicly apologize.”

The female student then responded with, “Um, that’s okay … I’ve been expecting this, and I already know what I’m going to name the baby. The first name will be April, and the middle name will be … Fools.”

The teacher had a good sense of humor, and everyone in the class roared with laughter. One smart student even caught the whole thing on camera (watch above).

Have you ever pulled a prank on a teacher?
