Marc Wallace was driving on a Des Moines road when a giant inflatable duck came rolling own the street. It broke free from it’s tether at a charity event and definitely turned some heads.
The Youth Emergency Shelter and Services owns Quacky and say he traveled two blocks and luckily didn’t get hurt. He’s now back home in his nest all safe and sound.
