On Saturday, December 1st St. Ambrose University Dance Marathon is hosting an open-skate fundraiser at The River’s Edge (700 W River Dr, Davenport, IA 52803) in downtown Davenport. Skating will be open to the public from 3-5:00 p.m. All skaters are encouraged to wear ugly Christmas sweaters.
Community members are strongly encouraged to attend the event to learn more about SAU Dance Marathon and meet the students who participate in Dance Marathon and the families they help. There will be raffle baskets, baked goods, photo booth, and so much more! A portion of the entry and skate-rental fee from The River’s Edge is donated to Dance Marathon.
