Justin Bieber Says He's Still 'Cool' With 'Homie' Taylor Swift

What bad blood? Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift are still on good terms, according to what the “Cold Water” singer had to say on where he and the “ME!” songbird stand following their alleged feud from a few months ago.

Bieber put an end to the rumors of their supposed conflict on Thursday (October 17) when he was approached for comment by paparazzi. When asked if everything was fine between the two pop stars, he implied he and Swift were, “Always homies,” adding, “I’m done with all that other stuff. Other people’s drama is not my drama.”

The so-called drama between the 25-year-old all started in June when the “Lover” artist broke her silence on Bieber’s longtime manager Scooter Braun acquiring the rights to her former label, Big Machine Records, and consequently the master recordings. At the time, Swift accused Braun and Bieber of “bullying” her over the years, including unearthing an insensitive meme about her, for which the “Sorry” star eventually extended an apology.

"Hey Taylor. First of all I would like to apologize for posting that hurtful Instagram post," Bieber responded in an IG post. "At the time I thought it was funny but looking back it was distasteful and insensitive.. I have to be honest though it was my caption and post that I screenshoted of Scooter and Kanye that said 'Taylor Swift what up' -- he didn't have anything to do with it and it wasn't even a part of the conversation."

"I'm sure Scooter and I would love to talk to you and resolve any conflict, pain or any feelings that need to be addressed," he concluded. "Neither Scooter or I have anything negative to say about you. We truly want the best for you."
