Selena Gomez is following in the footsteps of her Only Murders in the Building costars Steve Martin and Martin Short.

The Rare Beauty founder and her fiancé Benny Blanco sat down with host Sean Evans for their new Hot Ones interview ahead of the release of their new collaborative album I Said I Love You First, out Friday (March 21). As the couple chowed down on increasingly spicy wings, Evans posed questions to each artist, including one query directed to Gomez about which "old man tendency" she has picked up from her septuagenarian costars during the course of the series, per People.

"I sit there and read the news with them every day," she said, as Blanco pointed out that even the trio's eating habits are similar. Gomez agreed, adding, "They eat the same thing every day. And now I eat the same thing every day. So, it's either a tuna sandwich with Dijon mustard or sushi. And now all I eat is a chicken salad sandwich. And for some reason, I'm excited to get my meal next to theirs."

Gomez, who got engaged to Blanco in December 2024 after more than a year of dating, recently hinted at her dream wedding venue after accepting a proposal that nearly didn't happen. Earlier this year, Gomez revealed the vastly different ways Martin, 79, and Short, 74, reacted to news of the engagement.

I Said I Love You First is available to stream at iHeart.com.
