Benefits to Sleeping In!

If you’ve ever woken up in the middle of the day and felt lazy because of it, don’t worry, friends! There could actually be a benefit to sleeping your day away a little when you can afford to.

Research based in South Korea showed that people sleeping in had slightly lower BMIs (body mass indexes).

Also, researchers say that you’re more likely to practice good habits when you’re well rested. Think of all the healthy food you’ll be able to make with all that energy! But all in all, it’s good to stick to a sleep routine - like going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time every day.
