We’re in full barbecue mode: that time when we get all of our burgers and dogs going on the grill. We might even throw some other stuff on there depending on what we can find - pineapple or watermelon slices maybe! But if you’re really feeling adventurous, you’ll try the swineapple - an entire pineapple stuffed with pork and covered in bacon.
The trend started back in 2015, but it’s picking up steam this summer, on Instagram especially. The creations are usually stuffed with pork loins and then given a lattice sort of wrapping with the bacon around the outside. It’s great for an outdoor barbecue - it might even feed some of your gluten-free guests!
