Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his warm home to give us the heads up on if winter will continue or not.
According to legend, if the rodent emerges from his dwelling and sees his shadow, six more weeks of winter should be expected. But if Phil doesn't see his shadow, spring is in for an early arrival. The tradition has been going on since 1887 and is in its 131st year.
The iconic groundhog "told" his handlers that he saw his shadow. That means six more weeks of winter!
